ATL Aerotropolis

Project: Development of realistic investment targets and sites for a Business District around the busiest passenger airport in the world

Description: GLDPartners designed a comprehensive competitiveness model to assess the Hartsfield Jackson Aerotropolis area and then determine the best investment targets to support key site development at and around the Airport. This included a review of the State and regional economy, regulatory environment, research and educational systems, existing labor force and other land economics factors, as well as a range of transport economics factors that refined a time, cost and reliability quotient. A full assessment of overland transport infrastructure, road and rail, was conducted and set against air passenger/cargo assets and connectivity to key supply chain markets.
