Having worked for several global companies, Lee has deep experience in rail and commodity transport strategy and operations and freight system planning.
Lee has a recognized expertise in transportation, urban planning and environmental management to direct operating and investment decisions by the public and private sector. He has diverse international leadership experience with industrial, transportation and infrastructure development and repurposing of operating facilities. Lee has a Doctor of Science degree in Transportation and Urban Planning from Washington University and a Master of Science degree, also from Washington University.
