David Losson supports the research, administrative, and compliance functions of GLDPartners’ operations. David has a keen interest in region-specific economic challenges and a growing experience in the planning, logistics, and policy know-how required to address strategic logistics-enabled economic growth. Over the course of his career, David has engaged in business strategy and execution in a variety of applications and settings, with a focus on fostering business success through informed policy development and urban planning. During his tenure at GLDPartners, David has primarily served in a research and strategy development capacity. He played an integral role in developing expertise in the national intermodal network, relevant to a number of GLDPartners-led, comprehensive mobility projects. David leads the firm’s work in cross-border trade analytics and supply chain-driven market acquisition for GLDPartners’ projects. He has focused his efforts on developing institutional understanding and capability around intermodal freight rail assets throughout North America. David has attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environment & Sustainability from Sewanee: The University of the South.
