John’s background senior experience in railroad company management as an officer of the BNSF Railway Company where he served in both domestic and international executive positions including as Chief Executive of its New Mexico subsidiary, Vice President of International and head of Mexico Operations. John has also been owner and principal of short line operator Arizona Railroad Group LLC, where he has served as CEO and Chief Operating Office.

Eric supports GLDPartners’ state, federal and international clients by interpreting policy, developing funding solutions and providing counsel to make regulatory and legislative adjustments. For over three decades Eric has successfully navigated the regulatory and legislative processes for businesses, organizations, and governments.
Dale MillerLinkedIn Associate Transportation and Development Planning
Dale leads GLDPartners’ transportation and development planning and engineering work. Dale oversees the firm’s hands-on infrastructure evaluation, development planning and feasibility, master planning, engineering and utilities analysis and mapping projects. He has extensive senior-level project experience working on airport, business park and industrial development projects, including transportation facilities such as highways, urban arterials and collector roads, airport facilities, rail lines and intermodal facilities. Dale is a very important in-house asset allowing for very efficient analyses and streamlined project delivery.
Brendan has spent the whole of his career in the maritime and seaports sector and has held a range of senior management positions across North America, the UK and Europe. He has worked in both seaport management and corporate international shipping and his experience includes strategic leadership, marketing and business development, operational management and also the management of many significant asset development projects. His past posts included roles at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Port of Tacoma, the Massachusetts Port Authority and Ports America. Brendan has had management assignments in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with many years based in the UK, Germany, and France.
Bob Gollnik has nearly 20 years of experience in the transportation and infrastructure planning and delivery strategy. His expertise includes global logistics and supply chain analysis, multimodal transportation planning, freight data and analysis, data visualization, State, Provincial, Region-level freight and railroad planning, and geographic information systems (GIS).
